  • Should I accept the insurance company settlement?

You should never accept a settlement from an insurance company without speaking with an attorney first. An insurance company will typically offer an amount that is much lower than what an attorney could obtain. Contact us today for a free consultation with Kevin Hinkle.

  • Should I represent myself in court?

You should almost never represent yourself in a civil or criminal case. If  you have been charged with a crime, it is extremely critical that you seek legal representation so that you can learn what your constitutional rights.  Contact us today at (317) 280-3444 for assistance.

  • To whom can I grant the power of attorney?

If you are over 18 and legally competent, you are able to grant power of attorney to any legally competent individual over 18 years of age. If you have additional questions, do not hesitate to contact us and speak to one of our attorneys.

  • What documents should I bring when meeting with a lawyer?

Our lawyers will advise you ahead of time on what documents to bring with you to your appointment. The required documents will vary depending on the details of your case. If you require a slip and fall attorney, then the necessary documents will differ from those required when meeting with a criminal lawyer. Please contact us today to set up a free consultation with one of our lawyers.

  • Who will be doing the actual work on my case?

At our firm, the attorney you initially meet with will be primarily responsible for the work on your case. Your lawyer will be assisted by either our paralegal or legal assistant. Call us today for assistance with divorce law, estates, criminal law, personal injury law, slip and fall, and business needs.

  • If I am involved in a slip and fall or vehicular accident, should I take photographs?

Yes! Taking photographs will help to prove and document your case. It is very important to take photographs of the location of your slip and fall and/or the vehicles involved in your crash. If you have specific questions about your case, please call us for a free consultation with Kevin Hinkle.
